As a Senior Delivery Manager here at Foolproof, it is my responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of client projects. In order to do this, I need to remain one step ahead of my stakeholders, my team and my project, and constantly aware of what may lie in the path ahead. I achieve this by fostering trusting relationships and maintaining strong communication with my stakeholders.
I derive my job satisfaction from the happiness and success of the team around me. Ensuring that my project is being worked on by passionate and motivated colleagues is the key to creativity and innovation, so I see it as my job to remove any barriers that might prevent this. A happy team makes a happy project manager, and ultimately a happy client!
Prior to joining Foolproof, I was responsible for the delivery of customer portal websites and applications on a global rollout programme for a large international consultancy. I oversaw teams of resources based offshore whilst working onsite to manage client governance and expectations.
Outside of work, I am a keen badminton player, playing a few nights a week for a local club in Balham. I also enjoy fine wine (or wine of any quality) and musical theatre, having seen Hamilton five times and counting...
