As a Senior Resourcing Coordinator, my primary role is to ensure we assign the right people to the right projects, at the right time. I’m constantly reviewing and updating information based on our team’s workload and availability/suitability for a project or programme.
Before joining Foolproof, I was a Project Manager within the advertising world which means I am fully aware of the impact a correctly skilled team has to a successful project or programme. I also believe a happy and organised team equals a more successful delivery. As such, I’m a great juggler of many changing things!
When I’m not chasing people for information or time-sheets, I love to spend my free time gardening and studying garden design books, having gained an RHS qualification in the last few years.
