"I'm obsessed with quality project management as I believe defining a feasible structure to projects is a way of art."

As a Senior Project Manager my role is to plan new projects, manage projects in-flight and ensure that projects are delivered to the expected quality, on time and within budget. In other words, during my working hours I'm buried in spreadsheets and play "Tetris" resourcing - all in aid of solving our clients’ requirements and aligning budget, timings and scope.

I'm obsessed with quality project management as I believe defining a feasible structure to projects is a way of art. If it's done well it makes the projects flow predictable. This ensures that every internal and external team member is comfortable with the delivery and provides us with the ability to do a quality job within the given constraints.

Despite holding a degree in Tourism/Economics I started to work in IT 7 years ago. Over the past few years I have gained knowledge in account and project management from working with print, and digital projects for clients such as Sony Pictures Entertainment, HBO, The Economist, The Independent, The Evening Standard and The Telegraph.

I am a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner, but I work across both waterfall and agile methodologies. More recently, I committed myself to learning a lot about agile/scrum and have had the chance to work on agile transformations of both internal and client-side teams.

At my previous agency, my largest project was the re-design, re-brand and rebuild of The Economist's 1843 Magazine's (formerly Intelligent Life) online presence. The project was shortlisted as a finalist for DADI 2016 award; 'News/Media/Publishing Website, App of Campaign'.

Originally, I'm from Szeged, a small town in the southern part of Hungary. I relocated to the UK because I felt like I have more opportunity here to grow and improve myself both from a professional and personal perspective. In my free time I love to travel, discover the world and get to know other nations' cultures and foods.
